Get one answer everywhere. All day your team asks what is true at this moment: which rooms are free and at what rate, who arrives today, what 204 owes, whether the OTA knows. Every screen reads one record, so desk, phone, OTA and accounts agree.
How your day runs
- Morning. The audit closed yesterday at your chosen hour, the owners' summary has already been emailed, room assignments for housekeeping are built from today's bookings, and the arrivals list shows each guest's rate and payment.
- Front office. Check-in takes ID and room. A prepaid OTA guest owes the desk nothing, as the card shows. A walk-in is quoted and booked in about thirty seconds. A room vacated minutes ago can go to whoever is waiting in the lobby.
- Rooms. Attendants' phones work even in the basement, supervisors clear rooms on an inspection sheet, and the desk sells only inspected rooms.
- Evening. Restaurant bills hit the folio before the guest is at the lift, OTAs hear of every change within a minute, and the day book shows what you collected.
- Month end. Your GST return comes from the invoices, your accountant gets each day in Tally once, and every report is built from live data, flagging any figure it cannot calculate.
What you never have to do
- Reconcile two systems.
- Type a booking twice.
- Charge a guest for what the OTA already took.
- Edit an issued invoice.
- Remember who changed what.
Getting started
A wizard sets up your hotel in an afternoon, the rate card is one form, and the channel connection follows your partner's mapping sheet. Our demo is this software on a property with sixty nights of history, so tell us which task slows your team down and we'll start there.
