Update Every Rate Plan in One Go

A bulk rate update form that prices room only, CP, MAP and AP for one room type over any dates with a single save.

Selling three room types on four plans used to mean twelve saves to price one week. Now you choose a room type and the dates, fill in every plan, and save once.

How it works

The layout mirrors an OTA extranet rate sheet, so it will feel familiar. For each plan:

What a single save does

  1. Stores the base occupancy price on every plan.
  2. Stores the extra-adult rate and both child rates per plan.
  3. Creates the season for those dates if it is missing.
  4. Logs who saved it, the dates and the figures.

Why it matters

Your chart, desk quotes, booking page, Central Reservations and the OTA Channel Manager all use these same stored rates. Each rate exists in one place, so nothing drifts.
