Occupancy-Based Room Pricing

Occupancy-based pricing for single, double, triple, extra bed and two child bands, quoted at the desk and sent to every OTA the same way.

One guest in a double room should not pay what three guests pay. With occupancy pricing, each booking is charged for the party actually staying.

What you get

Your rate card holds a separate price for each band:

Enter adults and children on a booking and the quote picks the right band for each night.

How it reaches the OTAs

Channels ask for occupancy rates, the extra-adult supplement and the child policy in their own format. The OTA Channel Manager sends exactly the grid on your card, so three adults pay the same online as they would at your front office.

On your own website

Your booking page asks for adults and children first, and only then searches. Every room and rate shown is already priced for that party, so the amount the guest sees is the amount they pay.
