A Full History for Every Hotel Room
See a complete room history log in order: who went in, what they saw, pauses, inspections, faults and guest requests, all with names and times.
Open any room and you see everything that has happened in it, in order. This was the first piece built, and every other part of the Housekeeping App reads from it.
Each event is one line: assigned, opened, started, paused (with the reason), finished, inspected as pass or fail, fault raised, request logged, photo taken, guest checked in or out at the desk. Nobody on your team has to remember anything about a room.
What each line shows
- Who did it, when, and any note they added.
- The visit's stage before and after.
- Photos, faults, requests and store issues, all on one timeline.
- Front office events such as arrival, departure and room moves, so you see the room's day as it really went.
