Hotel Rate Plans and Seasonal Tariffs
Set up EP, CP, MAP and AP rate plans with seasonal tariffs, and every quote, confirmation and invoice reads the same price for the night.
One rate card feeds your whole hotel, so a guest's quote, confirmation and invoice always show the same price.
What you get
Each plan combines three things, valid for dates you choose: a room type, a meal option and a price. Create as many as you need:
- Room only (EP), breakfast (CP), breakfast and dinner (MAP), all meals (AP).
- Corporate plans and travel agent contracts.
- A written description of what each plan includes, reused word for word on your booking page, confirmation and invoice.
How do seasons work?
Every season covers a date range and carries its own tariff: peak months, a lean spell, a festival week, two weeks of a conference. If two overlap, the narrower one wins. Your chart, booking page and OTA Channel Manager all use the season in force that night.
What if a night has no price?
It cannot be sold, not at zero and not at an old number. Your desk gets a message naming the room type and date, so you fix it before a guest notices.
Who can change a rate?
- Front office staff can price one booking, up to their limit.
- Managers edit the card itself.
- OTA bookings keep the channel's price; the desk cannot overwrite it.
- Every card edit is logged with the person's name.
