For Banquet Halls and Event Venues

Banquet software for halls sold by the hour: a venue diary, a BEO for the kitchen, charges on the room folio, and separate books for each event.

Treat weddings and conferences as seriously as rooms. In many city hotels banquets out-earn rooms, yet most software bolts them on. Here each hall is a room sold by the hour with its own diary, and each event is a reservation carrying a deposit, a kitchen order and its own ledger.

From enquiry to invoice

  1. Enquiry. Tracked on your sales board by stage, with one owner, until you win it or record why you lost it.
  2. Booking. A diary slot for setup, event and breakdown that blocks clashes and holds the deposit as client money.
  3. BEO. Generated from the booking, covering timings, setup, menu by course, bar, equipment, guaranteed count, contacts.
  4. Bill. On the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is higher, on the party's room folio or separately, GST at each line's rate.
  5. Accounts. Florist bills and contract staff are tagged to the event, and its margin shows once the last bill arrives.

Working with your restaurant

Your hall is served by the kitchen that runs the store, so food for events is drawn from stock and costed the same as any restaurant cover.
