Automatic Night Audit for Hotels
Close your hotel day automatically at the hour you choose: every night posted, no-shows marked, the OTA told, and a clear record of what happened.
No one needs to stay awake at 2 a.m. to close the day. Pick an hour and the night audit closes your hotel's day for you — or press it yourself if you prefer.
What it does for you
- Posts one night's room charge to every in-house room, at the booking's rate and the right GST slab.
- Marks arrivals who never turned up as no-shows, with the retention your policy sets.
- Saves the day's figures and moves your business date forward.
See the day before you close it
First the screen shows the plan: rooms to be charged and for how much, arrivals that become no-shows and what each will pay, departures still checked in. You close the day knowing what it holds.
Automatic or manual?
Once your hotel's day has ended, a timer runs the audit. A night manager who likes pressing the button simply gets there first.
When does it say no?
- Before your hotel's midnight. Your hotel's day decides, not the server clock.
- When money cannot be collected. A no-show without a guarantee or payment is marked, never billed.
- When that day has already been audited.
After the close
Read the closed day back as a statement; the owner gets a one-page summary; the journal goes to the ledger. Closed on wrong information? Your administrator can undo the latest audit and run it afresh.
