Fast Guest Check-In With ID and Advance on One Bill
Check guests in from one screen with ID capture, the existing advance folio and an instant room release when the last guest leaves.
Your desk collects only what the law and the bill require, then hands over the key. Record the ID type and number at the counter; for a foreign national, the Form C follows from the same entry.
Advances stay on one bill
If the guest paid a deposit, a folio already exists for them. Check-in carries on with that folio instead of opening a new one, so every advance sits alongside the room nights.
Same-day turnover
Previously a room with a departure and an arrival on one day was counted as occupied twice. Now it is released as soon as the leaving guest checks out. The guest waiting in reception can have it straight away; the chart marks the cell to show both stays.
OTA-prepaid guests
When a guest has paid the OTA in full, their card shows the amount paid, zero due from the guest and the balance owed by the OTA. Your team stops collecting from guests what the OTA has already been paid.
Extra guests in a room
Three adults in a double? The screen warns that the room is for two and asks one time. If your desk agrees, it logs who approved, from which login and on which computer. The principle throughout: block only when money is at stake; for anything else, ask once and keep a record.
- The registration card prints on your property's own letterhead.
- If the previous day has not been closed, check-in is stopped with an explanation until it is. This is intentional.
