All other pages here describe features you can use now. The items below are on the roadmap: built, covered by tests and in testing, each waiting for a planned release, and a few waiting for a hotel that asks for them.
Front office
- Moving a guest to another room keeps their agreed rate, and the OTA rate lock no longer blocks the move.
- Upgrade by room category from the booking card, best category first, free by default, with an upgrade ladder per hotel.
- The registration card shows nothing owed before arrival, and the stay's balance once the guest is in.
- Foreign guests are offered passport first; a wrong ID number is flagged, not blocked.
- The desk marks a no-show; the manager then decides what to retain and what to tell the channel, on a separate tab.
- Food shown on the room bill or separately, and regrouped by an administrator afterwards.
- Overseas companies and trusts without a GSTIN can still be billed.
Closing the day
- Each hotel chooses whether its day closes automatically.
- The desk is held until the day is closed: a firm stop, not just a reminder.
Rates and OTAs
- Each room type or rate plan is marked for the OTAs or for internal use; internal ones stay off every channel.
- The channel's own plan mapping is stored on our side.
Kitchen
- A dedicated screen for kitchen store vendors, POs and goods receipts.
Accounts
- A single ledger with dimensions: department, cost centre and project on each entry.
- Posting between group companies, and model-based assistance; see Hotel Accounting for details.
Further out
- Door locks, WhatsApp bookings and metasearch, each once a hotel needs it.
