A Two-Way OTA Channel Manager Built Into Your PMS
A two-way OTA channel manager inside your PMS: prices, availability and stay rules are pushed out, reservations flow in, and every call is logged.
You do not need a separate channel manager subscription or a second login. The OTA Channel Manager runs on the same database as your front office, so rooms and prices mean the same thing everywhere.
Why it matters
Set a rate on your card and that exact rate goes to the OTAs. When an OTA sends a booking, it is on your chart before the channel even gets its reply.
What goes out
- Rates for each plan and occupancy, as soon as you change them.
- Free rooms per type, per night, after your house hold-back and plus your overbooking allowance.
- Restrictions in each channel's own terms: stop-sell, minimum stay, CTA and CTD.
- Room blocks, closed dates and cancellations, each pushed within the minute.
What comes in
- New bookings, applied straight away: the guest is found or created, a room is assigned if one is free, the channel's price and tax are kept, and the OTA is set as payer when it took the money.
- Modifications, applied to the original stay rather than creating a duplicate.
- Cancellations, which cancel the stay and release its room for sale.
Which channels?
The AxisRooms connection brings in bookings from Booking.com, Agoda, Go-MMT, Expedia, Desiya and Cleartrip, and returns your rates, availability and rules, with each push acknowledged. Plan mapping on the OTA end is completed for each hotel together with the partner's team.
