OTA Bookings Land on Your Chart Instantly
OTA booking import that puts each reservation on your chart in the same request, with guest details, room, price, tax and payer filled in.
When an OTA sells one of your rooms, the booking is on your chart before the channel's request finishes, and the channel is told exactly what happened.
How it works
Every incoming booking gets one of three answers straight away:
- Placed on the chart, in a named room.
- Placed on the chart without a room, because that type is full.
- Refused, with a plain reason.
A waiting booking is not sitting in some background job. It is already visible.
What gets filled in
- The guest: matched using name, phone and email together. Email by itself never identifies anyone, because OTAs replace the guest's real email with a masked one.
- The room: assigned from any free room of that type. If none is free, it waits as a card you can drag, in the row for that room type.
- The price: per night, exactly as the channel sent it, with the channel's tax. A tax of zero means GST is already inside the price.
- The payer: the OTA if it collected, otherwise the guest at the desk. The booking card shows who owes what.
What about changes and cancellations?
A modification updates the original stay with its new dates, room type or price, and the stay's history shows what the channel changed. Cancelling ends that stay and returns the room to sale. When the night audit marks a channel booking as a no-show, the channel is told.
Can a rejected booking be recovered?
Yes. If a booking is refused because a key did not match or the hotel was not mapped, the full message is still saved. Every incoming call is logged, accepted or not, and once the cause is fixed you can apply it from the log.
