Booking Pace Tracked Every Hour
Hourly snapshots of rooms and revenue on the books for every future night, so you can see pace building and the engine learns your curve.
Revenue decisions need to know how fast a night is filling, not just how full it is. Oristelo records that for you automatically.
How it works
- Every hour, for each future night and room type, Oristelo stores the rooms sold, the revenue on the books, occupancy and rooms still free.
- Snapshots start the moment the module is installed, for every property — even before you switch recommendations on.
- Each snapshot is kept as it was at that hour, so later comparisons only use what was actually known then.
What you get from it
- Pickup: how many rooms a night gained over the last seven days.
- Pace: whether a night is ahead of or behind the curve you normally see at the same distance out.
- A history that grows: after about a month, recommendations are measured against your own booking curve instead of a standard one.
Good to know
A brand-new property starts with a generic curve and a lower confidence score. The score rises as your own history builds up.
