Maintenance Tickets, Planned Work and Public Areas
Raise a maintenance ticket in one tap, schedule preventive maintenance, run QR-scanned public area rounds and log lost and found.
Reporting a fault
When an attendant finds the AC not cooling, one tap inside the room raises a ticket, with a photo attached. Engineering takes it on, fixes it and marks it done. Housekeeping then rechecks before it closes.
The ticket moves open, assigned, being worked on, fixed, rechecked, closed, and every step appears in the room history.
Planned maintenance
The system creates these jobs when the day opens, so nobody has to remember them:
- Pest control, window cleaning and deep cleaning.
- AC servicing, descaling and drain cleaning.
- Mattress rotation, grout work, curtain washing and carpet shampoo.
Each can run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonally or every set number of days. A schedule creates either an engineering job or a housekeeping visit, for a room or an area.
Public areas on a timer
Lobby, corridors, lifts, public washrooms, restaurant, parking and gym each have a cleaning interval in minutes and a code fixed to the wall. One scan starts the round and another ends it. The board shows when each was last cleaned, when it is next due and any rounds missed.
Lost property and guest damage
Lost and found keeps a full chain of custody:
- Where and by whom it was found, with a photo.
- Where it is stored and how the guest was contacted.
- Couriered with a reference, or handed back against a signed acknowledgement.
- Or, once the holding period ends, disposed of with manager approval.
Guest damage gets its own ticket with a photo, the broken item and its cost.
