Daily figures, stored
Each day's figures are saved once per hotel: cost per clean, complaints, loss, average cleaning minutes, inspection passes and on-time requests. A month is about sixty rows, so yearly reports stay quick.
Comparing your group
Each property is one row; row-level security decides who sees which. Hotels are ranked on cost, loss, complaints, productivity and cleanliness, measured against your group's own standard.
Rules flag exceptions such as:
- Minibar variance over the threshold.
- Linen sent out that never returned.
- A clean recorded as taking just four minutes.
- A room signed off by its own cleaner.
