Restaurant Billing Software for Hotels and Cafes
Restaurant billing software that takes the order, sends the KOT to the right station and settles at the counter or onto the guest's room bill.
Your captains work from a single screen: the outlet's tables up top, today's menu underneath, and the running order on the right-hand side. Orders reach the kitchen as KOTs, bills print when the table wants them, and payment happens at the counter or lands on the room.
What you get each service
- Tables for dine-in, rooms for room service, tickets for takeaway and delivery.
- Separate KOTs for each kitchen station, so the bar never prints the tandoor's order.
- Edit a KOT or call it off, giving a reason; the kitchen receives a fresh print.
- Split one bill into two, merge tables, or shift a party to a new table.
- Accept cash, card or UPI, put it on account, or post it to a room picked from the in-house list by number and guest name.
- Reverse a settled bill with a reason; the reversal shows on that day's report.
Room charges without a sync
Post a bill to a room and it appears on that guest's folio instantly, as an F&B charge carrying its own GST. There is no export step and no overnight transfer, because both screens read one record.
Running a restaurant alone?
F&B Point of Sale also works for an outlet with no hotel attached. That outlet becomes a customer by itself: a separate login, a separate day end and separate GST bills, without any booking chart to wade through.
