Kitchen Order Tickets Routed to Every Station
KOT software that prints one ticket per kitchen station, shows changes as reprints, lets you hold courses and deducts stock on each fire.
Your floor and your pass agree on every order, because each dish is tied to a station such as the kitchen, tandoor, bar or dessert counter. When a captain fires an order, every station gets its own ticket carrying only its own dishes.
What happens when an order changes?
- Add a dish after firing and the kitchen gets a second KOT.
- Cancel a dish after firing and the kitchen receives a cancellation ticket with the reason; the day's report lists it among cancelled KOTs.
- Nothing already at the pass can be quietly altered.
Holding a course
Send starters straight away and keep mains back until the table is ready. The captain releases the held KOT later, and the order records when it was held and when it went.
Stock comes off as the kitchen cooks
Each dish carries a recipe. Firing a KOT deducts those ingredients from your outlet's store, valued at the most recent purchase price, and only once; reprinting never deducts again. The food used becomes a cost of that day, and your accounts pick it up.
