How the diary works

• Each slot shows the event, the party, the guaranteed number and the status.
• Double bookings are refused, and holds lapse on their own.
• A confirmed event becomes a booking with a deposit.

How billing works

• The hall is charged once.
• Covers bill on the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
• Party rooms sit on that folio or one linked to it.
• Each line is taxed at its own GST slab, and the invoice carries your letterhead.
