Rooms Left Per Night: 30-Day Availability View
A rooms availability forecast showing sold, blocked and free rooms per type for the next thirty nights, so you know when to open rates.
See thirty nights of availability on one page and decide when to open or raise a rate.
Why it matters
Previously you had two partial views: the shaded row on the chart, a month at a time for front office staff, and the CRS, for a single stay across your hotels. A revenue manager had no simple thirty-night list.
What the report shows
Per night and room type: total rooms, sold, blocked, free, plus the applicable rate. Print or export it; it reads the chart's own data, so the two always agree.
Where else you see availability
- The shaded row on the chart, for your desk.
- Central Reservations (CRS), for a single stay at any hotel you can access.
- The OTA Channel Manager, which tells channels what is free per type, minus any rooms you hold back for the house.
Why might the OTAs see more rooms than you have?
Because you chose that. Setting an overbooking allowance on each type lets channels sell slightly past your count when you trust your no-show pattern. Any booking for a full type is accepted and waits as an unassigned card until your desk gives it a room.
