User Roles and Permissions Down to the Button
Hotel user roles and permissions for reception, housekeeping, back office and managers, with fine-grained rights per login enforced in the database.
You decide exactly what each colleague can do, down to individual buttons.
What you get
Roles such as reception, housekeeping, accounts, manager and administrator are a starting point. Beneath them is a list of single rights your administrator toggles for each login:
- Post a charge, or cancel one
- Offer discounts within a set ceiling
- Set a rate
- Assign a room, or pass one as ready
- Change a supplier's bank details
- Run the night audit
Why it holds
The checks live in the database. If a screen skips the check, the function beneath it still consults the list and declines in plain words, e.g. that only a supervisor may mark a room ready.
Tied to your subscription
Each right belongs to a module. Without housekeeping on your account there are no housekeeping rights to give, the menu hides that screen and the API rejects the call.
Team and access screen
Your administrator sees every login, its role, its properties and its rights on one page. New staff join by email invitation; we never choose their password.
