One Database for Rooms, F&B, CRM and Accounts
Single-database hotel software gives you one guest, one folio and one ledger across every module, so the PMS and POS never need reconciling.
You get one record for every guest, every bill and every rupee. No nightly exports, no duplicate guests, no restaurant bill that never reached the room.
Most hotels stitch together a PMS, a POS from another vendor, a separate channel manager, a CRM, a tablet app for housekeeping and Tally for accounts. Each defines a guest its own way, and every joint between them is where your data splits.
What you get
- One guest list. Whoever your front office checks in is the same person your CRM segments, your restaurant charges and your housekeepers remember for a firm pillow.
- One folio. Room charges, F&B, minibar and venue hire on a single guest bill, divided into windows when rules require.
- One inventory. Your desk, booking page, central reservations and OTA Channel Manager read identical rooms and restrictions.
- One activity log for changes made in any module.
- One ledger. Night audit and every outlet's day close post to the same books.
The trade-off, honestly
No module can be replaced by a rival's; our F&B Point of Sale cannot be exchanged for another vendor's till. In return, dinner is already billed to the room by the time the guest walks back to reception, with no manual matching.
Switch on only what you run
A standalone restaurant runs just the POS and never meets a room chart. A resort without an outlet never sees a KOT. Either way it is a single database, charged as one figure per room rather than a menu of add-ons.
