Export to Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks
Export each day's accounts a single time to Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, tracked as numbered batches, plus a signed webhook for other systems.
Your accountant keeps working in the software they know. Tally exports began as one button producing an XML download; no one could tell which days were exported or if Tally had accepted them, and a day sent twice landed twice.
Every export is a batch
Journals for a period go out as one numbered batch, carrying a hash and a status field.
- The batch lists its days and the reference the receiving system gave it.
- A day already in a sent batch is never sent again.
- A failed batch is resent in full.
Tally
Sales vouchers include the customer, their GSTIN and a rate-wise sales ledger, which lets Tally build its own GSTR-1 from them. Everything else goes as journal vouchers. You map ledger names once, and each voucher has a reference Tally uses to block duplicates.
Zoho Books
Through the API, each record goes in as its own type: journals, GST-ready invoices, customer payments with TDS withheld, credit notes and vendor bills. Zoho's chart of accounts is pulled into your mapping, so you never enter anything twice.
QuickBooks and the rest
- A CSV in QuickBooks' import layout, also usable in a spreadsheet or warehouse
- A signed webhook that pushes every posted day and every payment to your URL, with no polling
