AxisRooms Channel Connector
The AxisRooms channel connector syncs rates, inventory and restrictions out and brings bookings in from six OTAs, with every push acknowledged.
The OTA Channel Manager connects through AxisRooms using its PMSXchange interface.
What the connector does
- Sends rates, inventory and restrictions out.
- Receives bookings, modifications and cancellations.
- Pulls what AxisRooms sold, for any days a push did not get through.
- Reports no-shows and cancellations back to the channel.
How mapping works
Each of your room types is linked by number to a room on the channel. Each connected OTA is stored with its own ID, so the sync log lines up row by row with the extranet's booking report. Each property is mapped according to the channel partner's mapping sheet, which is is corrected wherever sheet and hotel differ.
What you get
- Bookings from six OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, Cleartrip, Desiya, Expedia and Go-MMT), applied the moment they arrive.
- Every change to rates, inventory or restrictions pushed out and acknowledged.
- An incoming log, a push log and a sync report for each hotel.
What depends on AxisRooms?
Mapping every plan on their side for each hotel, and switching on the pull endpoint in production, are steps the partner takes. Your hotel can trade without waiting on them.
AxisRooms is one module. Adding another channel partner means another module on the same registry, not a separate product.
