Scheduled Email Reports and Threshold Alerts

Schedule any hotel report by email in your hotel's name, and get threshold alerts the moment a key number crosses your limit.

Reports nobody opens are reports nobody reads, so you can have them delivered. Pick any report, a list of recipients and a timetable, such as daily after the audit, Mondays, or the 1st of each month. It arrives as an attachment with a summary in the email.

Alerts

Set a rule on a figure, for example:

next weekend's occupancy below 40%
outstanding above a lakh
no-show rate over 5%

When the figure crosses the line, everyone on that rule gets an email with the report attached.

No silent failures

If a scheduled report cannot be produced, the email explains why instead of carrying a blank page. Every send is recorded in the mail log.
