OTA Production and Channel Sync Reports

OTA production and commission reports per channel, plus a sync report of every push and inbound call so you can prove a rate went out.

You get two reports on your channels.

Production tells you how much each OTA sold in nights and revenue, with commission stated and settled, per hotel and per month.
Sync tells you what the OTA Channel Manager did: each push and each inbound call, success or failure, with the full message bodies. Use it when someone asks whether a rate update actually went out.

Production in detail

Per OTA you see bookings, nights, gross, commission and net, along with cancellations and no-shows the channel reported. Once settlement statements are loaded into your accounts, they are compared against them.

Traffic in detail

Per hotel and per day, in both directions. These are the same entries as the operations log, filtered to the channel.
