Hotel Occupancy Heatmap for the Whole Month
An occupancy heatmap with a row per hotel and a column per day, showing rooms, occupancy and ARR from invoices past and bookings ahead.
You see the month for every hotel you have access to on one screen, drawn from live data.
Reading the grid
- Each cell is one day showing rooms sold, occupancy and average rate, shaded by occupancy.
- Past days come from what was invoiced; future days from bookings on hand.
- Last year's row sits beneath each hotel.
- The month column gives the total.
Who sees what?
Row-level security controls it. A hotel manager sees only their hotel; the group owner sees every row. Nothing on the screen can widen access.
Why it matters
In ten seconds you see where demand builds over the next two weeks, which hotel trails last year and which weekend needs rates opened. One click on a cell opens the detailed reports.
