Group and branch

• The group holds the legal name, PAN and the overall credit limit.
• Each branch holds its city, GSTIN, billing address and contact.
• You can book and bill either level.

Contracted rates

Negotiated rates are attached to the group and can be adjusted per branch, limited to the hotels the deal covers. A chain-wide contract and a single-hotel deal work the same way.

Billing rules per branch

Choose whether a branch is billed separately or consolidated to head office — and the tax number on the bill follows that choice. Each company also has a payment term: at check-out, on invoice, or on a statement.
