Booking a property from outside
Agents book any hotel using its own quote and rules, just as its front office would. Check-in, folio and night audit remain with the hotel, and the central desk always follows that hotel's business date.
Who sees what?
The database enforces these rules for every login:
- A hotel login sees only that hotel.
- Group-level users can view every property in the group.
- Platform staff see nothing until a hotel lets them in.
No hidden filter can be widened through a direct API call.
