Price CP, MAP and AP plans from per-person meal charges, so breakfast and dinner are added to the room rate consistently.

How the gaps are calculated

Meal charges are entered per person and applied for two guests per room.
CP adds breakfast to the room-only rate.
MAP adds breakfast plus the more expensive of lunch and dinner.
All-inclusive is left for you to price, because it includes the bar and the system has no cost for that.
