Offline mode for properties with unreliable internet: changes made during an outage sync safely afterwards, without duplicate invoice numbers.
For hill stations, remote resorts and anywhere the line goes down.
Already built and proven
- Sync with clear conflict rules for each kind of record: the latest room status wins, folio postings are merged and never overwritten, and anything unclear is sent to a person to decide.
- Invoice numbers reserved per device, so two desks billing during an outage never issue the same number.
